The pool area was nice and well-kept. the location was great, close to major highways and tourist attractions, and the parking was easy. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added a festive touch.
The room was not clean, and we found several stains on the carpet. the bathroom was outdated, and the towels provided were old and worn.

Rooms are big, comfortable and are very well equiped. The hotel seems new, is close to the Disney parks and a number of convenience stores. It also has a small restaurant that is very convenient and affordable for breakfast and light dinners. The whole property is very clean. Rooms are cleanned and made up everyday.
WiFi is slow and does not work reliably often times.

Very fine and good rooms (three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi). At the nice quiet end of International Drive with abeautiful view over the lake. Next time in Orlando will definitely be at Lake Eve Resort

If you're looking for a convenient location to the parks, Lake Eve Resort is just off of I4, making it easy to get to wherever you want to go. Plus, all the rooms have a beautiful view of the pool overlooking the lake, giving you a peaceful retreat after a day of partying.
The front desk situation at Lake Eve Resort could use some improvement, as there is no front desk person in the Lake Eve building. You'll have to make the trek to the clubhouse if you need to speak with someone in person.

Clean and very comfortable rooms, very lovely. Quiet location, not in the busy part of International Drive, which suited us perfectly. And the hotel was quiet too, perfect after very busy days. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, good food, reasonable priced, good service.

The comfort, cleanlyness, space, washer, and so much more. It totally met our expectations.
It would have saved the hotel money to have more dishes. You had to wash every time you ate as there wasn't enough dishes.

The condo unit was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family Christmas vacation. We loved the easy parking and smooth check-in process. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful and even though it rained, we still enjoyed our time there. The resort is conveniently located near Sea World and a convention center, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. We also appreciated the option of having a full kitchen in our unit, which allowed us to save money by cooking our own meals.
There were no vending machines in the buildings, which would have been convenient for grabbing a quick snack or drink. However, this was a minor downside compared to the overall positive experience we had at the resort.

Not enough shuttle times to transport back to hotel. Paid to much for taxi services. Disney's Magic Kingdom closed early when we were there(7p). shuttle sevice pick up was 7:30p & 10pm. Paid over $100.00 to and from airport for taxi fees. Loved the hotel. Will check into better shuttle services next time.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a great time at this hotel. The room was cozy and warm, and I appreciated the free hot cocoa and cookies provided daily in the lobby. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants in the area. Plus, I loved being able to walk to see the festive holiday lights.
the workout room was very small and had outdated equipment. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was quite loud, especially during the night.

The facilities are very luxurious, great location, well-kept and clean. The staff was very friendly at all times. I read questionable reviews as to the breakfast but our family found it perfect for a morning starter. Several of the neighboring facilities are very large, had various sporting activities/courts and were crowded. We very much appreciated the smaller size, less people at the pool and no amusement park feel. It was like coming home to rest after a long day.
The pool is built between the buildings so early morning and late afternoon sun is blocked-off. This could be great if its hot, but disappointing if you want to catch the sun. We needed a few more kitchen items to be able to make a meal and clean appropriately.
